Motor Racing Developments Ltd., short MRD, was a British racing car manufacturer and a motorsports team.

This company, founded in 1961 by Jack Brabham, who became Formula 1 world champion twice, and the engineer Ron Tauranac used the Brabham brand name for their racing car constructions and their racing stable. Many of the vehicles were equipped with engines from the Australian engine manufacturer Repco. Between 1962 and 1992 the Brabham-Team competed, among other things, in the Formula 1. In the 1970s and 1980s the racing stable was piloted by Bernie Ecclestone. Around this time Alfa Romeo and BMW were consecutively employed as motor manufacturers for Brabham.

Besides two FIA Constructor's World Championships, Brabham won four Drivers World Championships, among those one won by the team's founder Jack Brabham and two won by Nelson Piquet.
